  • Designed to withstand heavier
    loads yet still provide excellent
    cleaning action.
  • Straight wires maintain tension while the crimped wires vibrate independently.
  • Needs impact from above to fully engage cleaning action
    - 25% of feed size 4 times the
    opening.
    Best suited ½”-1”

  • Rapid removal of fine material
  • Ideal for bottom deck screening on mobile plants- REPLACE HARP SCREEN
    - Powerscreen
    - Extex
    - ©Metso
    - Can be re-installed easier than speed harps.
    Commonly ¾” and below
  • Unlike Harp screens it can be
    installed on sided tension decks

aggregate screen Poly-Clean S

  • No straight wire
  • Fine openings and large openings
    - 3/32” – ½”, 1” and above.
    • Applications dictate that
    Poly-Clean L is more
    common in the ½” to 1”.
  • Good sizing accuracy

  • Accurate sizing – but not as good as S
  • Good cleaning ability
  • High open area
  • Mainly used in finer
    openings 3/4” and below
  • Replace Harp & slotted
    screens for a more
    accurate separation

  • Laps are recommended on
    openings 3/8” and below
    - Unlike regular wire cloth the
    lap should be installed down
    hill
  • Side laps can be added to end
    tensioned panels to prevent
    contamination

  • Replace Harp and slotted screens for increased wear life and accurate gradations
  • Replace square opening wire to gain more production & wear life
  • Replace synthetic media to gain production and lower cost per ton
