It is important that nose of Bar seats properly in hook

Proper installation requires that vibrating screen sections of heavy grade wire cloth must be kept under proper tension. When installing a new screen, make sure that nose of tension bar seats properly in hook.  After machine has operated for short period of time, re-tighten cloth.

NOTE: The width of the screen is usually at right angles to the Flow of material. The length parallels the flow of he material.
